In 2020, O2 released a new set of brand guidelines, with a major change being made towards the illustrative style that was used. With this in mind, O2 Careers needed an updated library of Motion Graphics that they could use to promote the range of exciting job roles across the company.

The content of these new graphics also shifted, with the aim now being to bring more focus to current employees and to tell the story of what it was like to work for O2.

The solution was to create a range of animations that would depict different scenarios around daily working life, these would be partnered with quotes from employees that shared their experience of working for the company.

The animations were supplied to O2 Career’s as templates, allowing members of their Social Media team to constantly update each piece with the latest quote. Each animation was also executed in a choice of seven on-brand colours, which would allow for further customisation and help to keep the O2 Career’s social channels fresh and unique.

As well as these ‘Employee Animations’, seasonal graphics were also created to help celebrate major holidays such as Christmas Day.
