O2 Careers is the digital recruitment team responsible for bringing new members of staff to the latest roles at O2’s 450 stores and offices across the United Kingdom.

In 2018 I was approached by O2 to create engaging content for use across their Social Media channels  – The aim being to bring more attention to the diverse range of job’s that they were posting on a daily basis.

The solution was to create a range of fun and memorable illustrated Motion Graphics, which would be a way of bringing to life the slogans that O2 used to advertise different positions and help them stand out on busy Social Media feeds.

The series was later expanded upon to highlight some of the key ‘Reasons’ to work for O2, such as their mentoring schemes and cycle to work programme. 

In addition to this, themed animations were created for popular holidays including Valentines Day, Halloween and Christmas – These both celebrated the events themselves, but also advertised the roles up for grabs in quirky ways.
